My kitchen, dining room and den floors look fabulous and the new floors added so much to the rooms. I can't thank them enough for their work. Julio Santi was responsive, thorough, honest, kind, on-time, and extremely knowledgeable/experienced. He knows exactly how many coats and which products will make for the best finish for your floors. He put a coat of sealer down over another company's hardwood floor finish work that had been done in our home that same month to seal in the VOC's which were really causing health issues in our household. We ordered products from greenbuildingsupply.com, the "safecoat" products, and Julio knew just how much to put down and just how much to sand the previous finish without over-doing it yet applying enough to seal in the off-gassing. We couldn't be more pleased and our air test results show the healthier air quality in our home. Hire him!
